I have been a patient at Centerwell for appx. a year now. While some of the employees are wonderful, this doesn't change the poor work ethics and reliability of the rest of the staff. I have been without very important medications on more than one occasion because my escapists were sent (1)to the wrong pharmacy (2) duplicates of medications I am not out of (3) prescriptions that I no longer take. A great place for medical care and for socializing and meeting new friends. A safe place for seniors to go and feel like a kid!
Centerwell my Dr Jacqueline Lopez gave me a very hard time right from the start she never lessons I'm a retired registered emergency trauma nurse I think she took offencive toit and the fact I'm a black man with a Latino last name 8bask her for medication and every time she sent me to a specialist one of the medication I ask for she lyd and told me it was not on my medications list I had the Receptionists pull it up and print it out and shore enough the medications was the 5th one from the bottom it was there everything I to... read more
Centerwell Referral department referred me to a dermatologist at my request. When talking on the phone with the dermaologist she told me the street address but I never thought to make sure it was in my own town. Also the texts Advanced Dermatology sent me did not include the name of the city they were in, only the 1819 Salk Ave. I assumed it would be the same dermatologist Centerwell sent me to last year, and all I could remember is it was right down the street from where I live in downtown Leesburg.
