I would love to know how this business obtained my current address with my deceased mother's name attached to a mailer. My mother has been gone for 12 years and has never lived in Hammond nor had she lived with me since before Hurricane Katrina. Im disgusted that this business would use the kinds of information gathering sources needed to patch this horrid of a flyer together. I can't put into words the emotions brought up by something so seemingly innocuous.

Awesome facility on the Northshore. What care from receptionist all the way through to the doctor's!!!
