Horrible customer service on hold for hour plus!!!!!!!! Novocare needs to cut them loose and use another pharmacy ....I sat on phone one hour with credit card waiting in hand to pay for my wegovy shipment money ready in hand and you make me wait on hold over hour!!!!
If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would! Every time I contact CenterWell Mail-Order Pharmacy, it is a horrible experience. Their system does NOT work and their staff is incompetent. I tried multiple times to transfer a prescription online and the request always disappears (no record when I call). Their staff always asks me EVERY piece of information that is supposedly in their system every time I call -- all medical conditions, all allergies, all primary doctor details, etc. Why is that information even stored in my file if ... read more
Would give ZERO stars if possible. I registered an account, received one prescription, then when trying to refill that same prescription , 1 my login was not valid, 2 the chat box on the website could not help me, they told me to login the same way that did no longer work, they could not help me with my refill and when calling the 800 number I was on hold forever, over an hour and no-one answered to help me.
My honest opinion is STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN..... i recently went with HUMANA for medicare and my dr sent them my prescriptions on feb 23 and today is feb 28 and the prescriptions are STILL in Process. I call them everyday and they tell me sorry sir, it will be shipped today i promise, well they're Not shipped yet. And they have NO logical explanations for their delay, they ordered me an emergency stash to get by until i get my pills in 3 years, and that authorization for the emergency stash takes 24-48 hrs to get approv... read more
