Our physical therapist has been outstanding. So knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
All services (OT, nurse, and personal hygiene helper) were excellent EXCEPT PT. I have a trained service dog and prepared for my session by double-leasing her, having a crate and decks to isolate her, and hiring a dog handler to manage her during my session. It is important to socialize her. The PT came in and immediately raised her voice and repeated "you need to get rid of the dog", several times. It has been an excellent experience as the people are very caring, knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and helpful in adjusting certain parts of my husband’s life to accommodate his Parkinson’s and polyneuropathy.
The visiting staff were very conscientious, and made sure we had proper coverage so there were no surprise bills. They called me (son) directly with any concerns and did a thorough and personalized assessment and plan. I could really see pops’ balance and gait improve.
The help I got from kindred made me a lot stronger to a Chinese my goals thru rehab.
