Macie and Kristen are so awesome with my mom...they nurse Stacey is wonderful too . Therapist treat my mom like she's a person... friendly and encouraging...
I was left with no nurse visit and my catheter did what it does drained all over me monday they ask me if i called adult protective services i told them yes and my nursing visit was canceled by my nurse and moved to wensday. Then the next day I was told by the branch manager they are not sending a nurse out and try to paint it am not taking my meds but I have a aid thru another home health agency and my roommate and a friend's that was here , I only seen my nurse twice . I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to everyone. Macie, my PT, guided me through the exercises and changed to other exercises as I progressed. She is so nice and supportive. My nurse Brooke has kept a watchful eye on my incisions and overall health. She asks questions about how I am doing in an easy and friendly way. She listens to my answers and makes suggestions to keep me safe as I recover but also encourages me forward. Absolutely the best home health professionals I could have hoped for - excellent.
I’ve been with Center Well several months now and WOW!! I’m only 38 and it’s super depressing having to need home health being my age. But the staff here are all so so wonderful and make me feel loved and so cared for! I wouldn’t want any other company but these guys!! From office staff to the nurses to PT it’s wonderful!!
