I would give CenterWell Home Health zero stars if I could. They are just absolutely terrible in responding to a doctor's referral for a 95 year old in dire need of home nursing help. Have called them over and over and it's one excuse after another as to why they haven't been out to treat the extremely frail elderly patient. They should be ashamed of themselves for their total lack of compassion and concern. My mother and I had a wonderful experience with the therapists who visited our home to help my mother. The ladies were always so kind and caring towards her and helped her get her strength back after her illness. I would definitely recommend this company if your loved one needs help.
The nursing and physical therapy staff were great. Easy to talk to and they make you feel at ease.
Paige is extremely professional, compassionate, gentle and knowledgeable.
