If you care about your loved one I’d advise you to think twice before choosing this company. Please be careful with allowing them into your home because they will cause conflict if you make the company upset and decline service. They will send a rep out who will report you if she doesn’t like you, or your answers. Thank you for disrupting my services and supplies.
I broke my leg in 3 places, and after being abruptly "discharged" from the hospital, Centerwell was put in charge of my home rehab (PT & OT). My therapists were sympathetic to the high pain levels I was first dealing with, accommodating to the change of my residence not long after being discharged, and extremely helpful/informative with their care. While I hope I never break another bone, I would have no qualms in receiving care through Centerwell again!
Centerwell Home Health discriminates against clients who have Medicare/Medicaid insurance. This is unacceptable and DHSS should investigate them for this discrimination! When I sought their services by providing my Medicare & Medicaid insurance information, they denied me their services on the flimsy reason that they did not have staff to provide the requested services.
