Centerwell Home Health discriminates against clients who have Medicare/Medicaid insurance. This is unacceptable and DHSS should investigate them for this discrimination! When I sought their services by providing my Medicare & Medicaid their denied me their services on the flimsy reason that they did not have staff to provide the requested services. I was favorably impressed with the physical therapy provided by this agency
My mothers was referred her for her decline with Parkinsons disease which includes the delusions and hallucinations that accompany the disease. After checking with them for 2 separate months they did not have adequate staffing for her!!!! Horrible
