Jennifer Smith was my nurse most of the time. She was very compassionate and very knowledgeable of my meds and medical history. She went beyond the call of duty and even personally contacted my doctors about my condition.
Had an excellent experience with the Health Care and Physical Therapy teams from CenterWell Home Health.
I found the home care I received was very helpful in my recovery. Each of the therapists were very well-trained, positive and offered exactly what I needed to gain strength in areas I needed in order to get back to my life activities. They listened to me and planned in areas I needed. I would highly recommend all of them. Thank you to the nurses, the therapists and Center Well for providing this wonderful way of recovering at home with high level activities and expectations.

The Delco office is is a joke. My mom was supposed to receive care for 60 days, it was a fight just to get two visits within the first month and then they just dropped off the planet. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money with them!
