I HAVE HAD BRIAN AS A THERAPIST THREE TIMES I REQUESTED HIM AFTER THE FIRST TIME. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR MY HUSBAND AND ME EACH TIME. I WOULD REQUEST HIM AGAIN IF I needed him. He helped us a great deal. Ruth Ann Rider

I have used Intrepid for years for any home health needs. Since they have switched to CenterWell it likes a lot to be desired. You never know if they are going to show up. They are supposed to be coming once a week . It was two weeks before they showed up. They assured me they would be back in a week it has been over two weeks and no show no phone call no nothing. I called the office they did not help me they said we will have to investigate and call you back.

Communication is great. Their Healthcare worker calls the day before to see if the scheduled appointment will work for my aunt. Any health concerns are communicated to my aunt's Dr. and to me her POA. When I.have called their office the person answering the phone is friendly & knowledgeable. My aunt says their physical therapy helps her.

All the great nurses are gone. They cant keep staff and they don’t communicate when there’s changes and you are waiting for care and they lie and say it’s an insurance issue. Do your homework before using this company.

First meet with Ms Wentzel was very impressive. She demonstrated her vast amount of knowledge in her profession. She is easy to communicate with. She took time to demonstrate the proper execution of the exercises. She has the ability motivate her patients. Her instruction made my transition from home health to out patient PT simple. I knew what to expect.
