I can’t recommend this home health agency enough. I am a social worker and came in from Dallas with significant wound care needs and didn’t know which home health to choose. All of the nurses are phenomenal and empathetic. Lexi and Misti were so empathetic and helpful. They were the highlight of my day when they came. Lexi was patient and kind. I truly appreciate all the assistance that the Waco staff gave to my mother. The physical therapists, nurses, and office staff were very caring and helpful.
I’ve had a great experience working with this Misti. She is always easy to work with, sends referrals promptly, and makes sure we receive everything we need without delay. She consistently follows through to ensure patients are admitted to our services smoothly. Her communication, organization, and reliability truly make a difference, and she’s a pleasure to collaborate with.
