This company has incompetent nurses and a rude case worker. They are understaffed and are always late. They took 4 nurses to put a catheter in. Do not use this service as it is going downhill. Nobody takes responsibility,and you get cut off because you get upset at these people. Trust me you will run across this issue if you hire them. Go elsewhere. Yolanda and especially Nancy need to go,bad for business.
