The nurses and OT were great. The PT I received from Brandon was limited at best. I could not count on him showing up.
My home care experience with CenterWell Home Health promoted me to leave, for the first time ever, a one star review. My experience with the Phx. East Valley staff whom I had contact by way of my home, one on one, text & phone communications. I experienced, poor and untimely service schedules, missed appointments & poor communications. I am reserved to say more, only to say I would not recommend them.
Poor quality inexperienced people lousy services

Writing on behalf of my 83 year old husband who isn’t internet savvy. Physical therapy has been a most wonderful boost to my husband’s health, not just the therapy he has received in the privacy of our own home with his wonderful therapist, Charlynn, but also the boost it has given his morale and spirit.
