We were not impressed with Center well. My husband and I were not happy with the way they wait till the day of (most of the time) to make appointments to come visit him. I called once because his pulse dropped down to 48 and left a voicemail with one of the nurses but they did not return my call. I had to contact the Surgeons office in Charlotte. I had THR in Nov '25. Jane and Pam were great! Ria was amazing! And Cheryl W was just over and above anyone I've encountered with a home health agency!! Not only did she help me with PT, but she was a wealth of knowledge and educated me on the why & how behind the motions. She answered my questions with a smile (and I asked a lot!), made sure I was safe at all times, but that I wasn't slacking off either. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHERYL!!!

Centerwell Home Health took very good care of my mother and taught her things she can do whenever they left , I recommend them 10 out of 10

We had a small problem with the staff but all issues were resolved immediately and this is the best company I have worked with.
