Horrible! Cancelled poor service. In retaliation they used my provider information, contacted provider saying I refused to let them in my home. This whole experience was a nightmare several events prompting cancellation. Misuse of personal information a major issue.

This company is horrible. They don't let you know when they are coming until late the night before. Then the specialist calls, leaves a message, because it's late at night. They won't give you a schedule for each week. It's haphazard. The services are supposed to be 2 times per week for each therapy. We're lucky to get one. That said, the Specialist, PT, OT, Podiatrist, are awesome. It's the company and their scheduling

1 star! Showed up an hr and half late and to the wrong address in the wrong city! Lady from the office was being dishonest about the information relayed to the Nurse. 2 hours after initial arrival time still not here! I hope your experience is better than ours if you choose to work with them.

Waste of time. Nurse caused more harm than good. Used tape on patient causing another problem. Therapy didn't show up when expected. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was so pleased with the care I received from my nurses , Margarita and Laurie, Very Compassionate, Knowledgable and so helpful in my recovery from Neck Surgery. I looked forward to their visits. They were on time and very respective of my time. I will use this agency for all my hone health nursing care. Thank you for such good care!
