I'm currently receiving wound care treatment. Nurse Darryl came one day as a substitute but I've been lucky to have received care multiple times from her. Darryl is professional but friendly which is what I enjoy in a health provider. She communicated clearly and timely. Im the caretaker for my elderly neighbor, hes 85. He recently went through a very serious kidney infection that caused severe confusion and weakness. He was in the hospital and rehab quite a while. 4 rounds of dialysis to clean his kidneys! After we brought him home we started seeing Nick for physical therapy. This man has worked so well with my neighbor, its taken several weeks for my neighbor to get back to his "normal" but with Mr Nick hes above and beyond "normal"! As a healthcare professional, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the services of Centerwell home health of Brunswick, GA. They FAILED overall due to the following: 1. To maintain the care of my loved one. 2. To genuinely listen to the concerns of the caregivers. 3. At times nursing arrived late which interfered with therapy times. 4. Nursing required too much assistance to complete their duties of wound care and was doing their work incorrectly. 5. Amber and Ashlie provide amazing customer service, they are easy to work with, and must importantly communication is superb. Anytime I make a referral they get right on it and I get an email saying “accepted “ customer service A+ Great working with you ladies!!!
