I received great care
Very knowledgeable people. Gave me physical therapy with respect.
Very nice staff working here.
Thought both the PT and OT did a good job communicating and explaining various procedures, exercises and benefits (of exercise) but was disappointed that it took 5 weeks from the initial evaluation (PT) to an actual therapy session and even longer for OT staff to see me and start routine sessions. And the OT was a temporary hire and will be done by the end of October. If staffing issues continue I do no feel confident in the continuity of care. I hope you are working on solving this situation
