Do not use this place they are so unorganized and just lie. Trying to escalate it to.a manager to resolve is also a waste of time and energy. they wont come to the phone all that can be done is for the reception or scheduler to send them a message leave and they still don't call you!! So rude unprofessional and uncompassionate!!
This place is the absolute WORST. Colette called 4 times within 1 minute…on the last call - she said she was cancelling the referral for PT bc she’d been trying to reach someone all week…she flat out LIED. Call logs don’t lie. 😂 I reported this to my insurance as well - so they NEVER REFER to this place again.
I received great care
Very knowledgeable people. Gave me physical therapy with respect.
