I also can not recommend Tire Factory at this time. I just took a newer car I bought to get an oil change and tire rotation here. I spoke to the owner, Garth. He said there were three cars ahead of me and it would be about three hours. I said that works, because I can leave it and pick it up in four or five hours. For some reason, he got really rude with me and said he couldn't give a guarantee on when I can pick it up. (This was very confusing because he quoted three hours.)
