I have been a customer here since not long after Covid started. First, let me say that Kevin is an amazing manager. He is one of the rare people that not only stays on top of any issues that may arise, he personally reached back out several times to resolve my situation and showed true care. I spoke with Eric first, and he was also attentive and provided answers for me. Top notch follow through and they care about their customers, just like family! The Representative (Kelvin) was excellent. Great communicator. Was very attentive to me to offer me the best size for my needs. Very focused on his job and shows good enthusiasm about his job and providing great customer service. Very efficient in completing the administrative part of the deal.
