Man, Duncan is a beast, help me get everything set up in like 3 mins up and running, super awesome guy, customer service is top tier 100% , this is my first storage unit and I don’t think I’ll switch ahah, if your looking for spot this place is it!!!

I was tired of the corporate storage games at Pubic Storage, Acorn, and other big storage facilities. Rent raises up to 4x a year, and all the hassle avoiding them. What a breath of fresh air Duncan and Centerville Secure Storage was when I found them! Unbeatable rates, hospitality, and A+ security system. I love the fact that there are 3 gates for access and being able to use your phone or keypad to enter. I recommend storing here if you're in the market to store your belongings.
Having to move furniture from our home in California to Minnesota, we needed to rent a storage unit to store it until we could move it into our home. I was able to rent the unit in seconds over the phone and the person I spoke to was so helpful. When I realized I couldn’t be there to receive the furniture, one of the managers met the moving company there., let them in and made sure everything went smoothly. What a great facility.
Great, clean facility. Management was helpful and responsive. Zero complaints!
