Watch out for surprise bills from this office! They failed to tell my husband that he would be charged over $200 for a COVID test in addition to his copay and other lab fees. He did not expect this charge and would have declined the test if given the option. Because the office did not send a paper bill or notify him of the charge, he found out 4 months later when he received a "Account Final Notice" in the mail. Where in the world was the first notice? Now he will ask more questions at any doctor's office.
I recently switched to this practice as a new PCP with Emory that was closer to home. The staff has been so nice and accommodating. My appointment was booked incorrectly and the nurse caught the error and saw if i could be seen by the correct provider. I had to wait a little bit longer but the fact that they went above and beyond to meet my needs is rare in healthcare these days. It is a very quaint atmosphere with small town big heart vibes. I love the staff. I am very glad to have switched to this practice.
