Upon moving into Centerville the location was very ideal, we moved in during the pandemic, so they were not doing in-person tours, but only virtually. The staff was nice, and the managers would swim with the tenants, but after multiple maintenance tickets on fixing the same issues. It is not being fixed, but replaced, it became very frustrating. I moved here recently. The staff worked will me very well from an out of state move, which is a little more challenging than an in state move. Jenna helped me the whole way through. They are quick to respond to any request as well. People are friendly in the neighborhood and I feel safe in this gated community.

The apartments are very convenient for myself and my roommate. We are both Regent students and the location is close enough to walk on nice days. The prices are affordable for students and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Generally nice community!

I am on my second year of living here. The staff that was around when I joined seemed a bit unorganized but ever since all the new staff has arrived I have seen a 180 in service. Everyone is very nice here and tries their best to handle anything I ask of them. I sent an email about my lights and before I got home from work the same day they were replaced. If there is ever a discrepancy I know I can go and sit down with someone who will explain it until I understand and or offer something to help appease me which I really app... read more

There is no attention to details by the management at Centerville Manor Apts. I was advised on 1-16-18 that I would be getting my deposit back but I am still dealing with this. First, they sent the payment with an old roommates name on it on 2-2-18(I had reminded them my roommate moved out 4 months previously & not to include her on it). Then, they tell me on 3-13-18 that they need the check back! What year are you in?
