Horrible! This office treated my husband very rudely when he went there for a hearing test. We have two types of insurance through United Health Care that would have covered all but $10 in services. I spoke with both insurance providers the day before and was told my 69 year old husband did not need a referral for a hearing test for coverage from either policy. He had his Medicare Complete United Healthcare card with him as well as all of the necessary information ( group number, member id number, phone number). The office w... read more
