Dr. Hess and his staff are fantastic! My husband, daughter and I go there. Recently I took my son there to watch while I had a cleaning. He has never allowed any dentist or hygienist (even a pediatric one) brush his teeth. I casually mentioned this to the hygienist, who then gently took the initiative to develop a rapport with him while she worked on my teeth. Wouldn't consider taking our kids anywhere else! Dr Hess and his staff really take the time to explain and make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
