Chuck the plumber IS THE BEST. He has fixed/replaced our water heaters, valves, spigots, toilets and SO much more over the past few years. He is considerate, prompt, fair in pricing and, most importantly, provides EXCELLENT service. I wish we met him years ago. Because, if so, i would never hire another plumber but Chuck Quinter. This man is a true Godsend and an example of how to take care of customers. My woman and I are so grateful to have met him.

Today we moved into our temporary home. And as you may expect, something went wrong. The valve on the icemaker line froze and we could not disconnect the refrigerator. We had movers in the house, and they agreed to leave the refrigerator to last to see if we could get it fixed. If not, it would be a whole new moving call and appointment. Very impressed with service. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Explained exactly what he was doing and why. Was able to come the same day I called at a time that was convenient for me so I didn't need to leave work early. Highly recommend.

Our home warranty company uses this company; we wish they didn't. Had leaky pipes in January. Owner made 3 trips before the issue was "fixed". He was inattentive and seemed annoyed to be providing service. He begrudgingly returned, even though he had offered to return if there were problems, and was rude each time he returned. He even suggested I didn't understand plumbing and was wrong. Just opened my drop ceiling to find the issue was NEVER fixed. Water had been accumulating without noticable signs.
