No problems with my first visit, but the second makes me downgrade from five. I’ve gone to them twice because my dog had wound in his eye. We were able to schedule an appointment on short notice, they were time efficient, billing was easy (and not horribly priced). Vet came to the car afterward to explain what it was, I was able to ask questions, and she explained what the medication was for.
