Doctor Saikaly confirmed that my Invisalign treatment was done but neither my dentist or dentist at my new location agreed. Teeth’s were not connecting. Doctor said they “will connect overtime”, which was not accurate and forced me to COMPLETELY redo my treatment and pay for it all over again with another orthodontist.
Avoid Dr. Cohen at all costs; he is a fraud. You will only see him once or twice a year, and it will only be for a few seconds. This means your treatment is going to take much longer than expected. Dr. Cohen clearly doesn't care, and the clinic appears indifferent to maintaining regular interactions with patients. I've been undergoing treatment at this clinic for over 12 months and have only encountered him twice. I am happy with the outcome of my children's orthodontic treatment, however I never saw Dr. Cohen, other than at the first meeting to discuss treatment. The orthodontists at this clinic don't seem to care about having regular interactions with their patients, nor the parents. I found out recently that this orthodontist changed the office he works from a year ago, yet I was never notified in writing or verbally.
