Wonderful landlord, answers very quickly and never had a long wait on repairs. Great quiet neighborhood too. Couple winters ago my heat went out and he was there within a couple hour to give me space heaters and a timeline on repairs.
Great and very well kept apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is attentive and responsive. The kitchen is big and even includes patios. A huge lawn in the back.
