I was here for Mayo visit. The shuttle is convenient. If you are able to walk it’s a short walk to not have to deal with the construction and congestion of driving. The rooms are slightly outdated but bed are decent and clean! The pool is big, a shallow kiddie pool for littles and hot tub. Dog friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was almost an apartment! We had a huge king sized bed and a Murphy bed in the main room. There was a small kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Unfortunately, we were only staying one night but it would be perfect for an extended stay. There is plenty of parking. It is downtown so driving around would be difficult but they have a shuttle which will bring you almost anywhere you need to go. It is only minutes from the Mayo clinic. When I made the reservation I asked for a handicap room. It was not handicap accessible for a wheelchair or a walk-in shower. When I called the front desk you had to ask for a walk-in shower when you made the reservation. My husband got creative we got a shower chair he was able to get the wheelchair in and out of the bathroom. I was there for hip surgery. The best part about staying was the restaurant Twig
