Terrible company. Terrible management.
I have been paying full rent at The Fountain Apartments since 10/6/2018, since Leasing Agent, Kylie H. handed me the keys. (See her 5-star Google review about the great staff at The Fountain). The apartment I was given was not move-in ready and, you know what? Now 8 days shy of a year; it is even worse! If you are looking for a great apartment to rent The Fountains is not a choice I recommend. I sat in the office with my friend I go to church with on December 4th as the property manager, Jennie told us, “Absolutely, I will have the threshold fixed where the water is coming in under your door by this Friday”. (December 7, 2018) That was 2 months after my friend had signed a lease, paid full rent those 2 months prior, and had not spent a single night there since it had not been made move in ready as of yet.
