They told me a day before my appointment my treatment plan expired. I am off medicine that I have been on for years. I called and it seems like they don't care at all. Due to their neglect I may have to go to the hospital just to get my medicine.

The therapists are overwhelmed. Maybe everyone is trying the best they can but there are so many people needing help and not enough workers, time, or space. If you go in person, the waiting room is small, there's not easy access to a bathroom, and you're going to be waiting a long, long time. If you get lucky enough to be assigned to a therapist via telehealth, you can expect repeated cancelled sessions. Every month I have to call SEVERAL times just to get my medicine sent, and sometimes they don’t even send it. This is hard for me because I work nightshift and hardly can even wake up to call them. I’m done with this place I want to get transferred, working 3rd shift and going to college and they want to be difficult with the medication that I’ve been taking since I was 5 years old, yea no. This is causing me extreme fatigue and I can’t concentrate on my school work or work at ups.

Reception is terrible, Rude and It's like pulling a tooth to get a refill on meds. No one will respond to messages left on voicemails. The only reason I keep my son at this office is because I like the Dr he sees.
