Short staffed
This place is horrible for mental health services. Terribly understaffed and turnover is awful. If I wasn't financially destitute, I would've gone somewhere else a long time ago. They cancel appointments without notice and do not send records when requested MULTIPLE times. I'd be a Karen and tell a manager, but there's no clue as to who's in charge. It's the blind leading the blind. Smdh
Amazing caring people. Our family has been involved with 7 counties for years. I have seen such a change of attitude with the employees. Thank you all.
They gave me the run around about my meds couldn't help me get them kelp acting like they didn't care and was lazy
