I am a client there. It was stupid of em to get rid of walk ins. Also, the labs on Wednesdays are only from 10-11am?? They don't understand that maybe some clients like myself have no way to get there on time or at all! They really don't care... Everytime you miss your labs, they punish you by screwing you over on your meds! Even when the pandemic was going on full blast, they still expected and forced people to come in... Seeing the bad reviews makes me laugh granted my therapist gave up on me just like I gave up on him I made multiple appointments and never received a call or zoom meeting but they do really care just gotta make sure u make it to every appointment even over the phone
