Absolutely the most unprofessional, unorganized facility in Louisville, KY. I have been a patient for over 8 years and I feel neglected and used. I have waited patiently for them to get it together, but I can no longer deal with the abuse. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. Please, for your safety, find anywhere else like I am.
I proceeded to CenterStone E End at 4710 Champions Tr & was harassed/abused by Mr. Bill Fleming, RN unbelievably merely for asking for a lighter. He had continued to engage in a pattern of abuse/harassment by stating, ' "It is done; we've to move on' ". Furthermore; as if such abuse was not even acknowledged/understood had chosen to continue the escalation of the discussion by accusing the patient of elevating the blood pressure when he was the sole perpetrator throughout my entire interaction w/ him.
