Worse hotel stay I have ever had. Hotel was under construction, Over booked rooms. We booked 3 suites and a handicap accessible room. 1 suite was over booked and was just told the handicap accessible room was not an option. We had 16 rooms booked in all and 11 of them had issues from not having a room, broken vanities, no towels or toilette paper to no light bulbs in the lamps. Only 1 room out of the 16 had a fridge or microwave.There were mattresses blocking hallways and dirt/dust everywhere.I asked for corporate contact in... read more
Was very disappointed with my stay, I had booked a suite and rooms for a wedding we were having June 1st, i get to the hotel to only find out they didn't have our room available, gave away our handicap room we reserved. the rooms were very dirty, the customer service was awful, each of our guest had issues checking in. rooms were given away, people had to move rooms because things were broke in the rooms they were supposed to be in. the suites we had didnt have microwaves or fridges in them(3 suites to be exact) mattresses t... read more
Always enjoy our stay here. This is our 4th year coming back here. Great place to relax.
Hot tub doest work. Pool bottom is slimy. AmericInn up the road in Dewit runs about $20more, but is well worth it.
While the room was clean and modern and in other ways our stay was just fine, I have a beef with this property. They automatically charge you a dollar a day to use the safe and you must tell them at checkout if you did not use it to get this refunded. This is just plain dishonest. I and likely most other customers have no need of a safe but by adding a surcharge and putting it on the customer to remember to have it taken off the hotel is likely making a nifty profit. Very clean AND love the pool the staff were excellent ♡♡♡
Nice pool, good continental breakfast, friendly staff, decent rooms, the only thing was no refrigerator in the rooms other than that, it was a nice place to stay!
