I am going on my fourth year at Centerstone and can not say enough good things! I love the location, have appreciated the quick maintenance responses, and really enjoy the office managers. They have treated me so well, been willing to answer any questions, and are kind. I recently switched units and after filling out my maintenance sheet, items were quickly addressed! Don’t let the negative reviews fool you. Follow the rules and you won’t have issues.
If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. This is not the place you want to live. It looks very nice on the outside and the inside but if you have a problem, be prepared to wait a week or more. My air in this apartment has broken 3 times. I would have to call three times to get them to come and then it would break about a month later. They also will charge you for anything they can and are very shady.
