This is the worst place to go if they make mistakes and switch your appointment and don’t call you it’s your fault that’s not right and it’s not the first time I have seen this happen to my son A few times and I know that he was not lying because they call my phone number for them which they never called so because you guys messed up he gets cut from the doctors not cool it was your fault You should have some accountability for your actions because you hold everybody else accountable but yourselves That’s not the way to help
Called to schedule an appointment a month and a half ago, got an appointment for April 12th. Today (the 10th of April) i get a text that our appointment has been cancelled and to call to reschedule. Soonest they can now get us in is may 31st. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a mental health provider . Didn't even provide other available doctors in the area .Don't bother if in an urgent scenario.
