I have been extremely happy with the time I've spent (3 visits) with my psychiatrist. My only negative is that all my other medical practices have patient portals where I can report a condition and ask a question, and protect doctor/patient confidentiality. Directly texting the doctor is an intrusion for them. I get replies very quickly when using portals. Mental health patients need this form of communication available to them when calling 911 is not an option.
My Doctor is amazing it’s everything and everyone else that makes up centerstone that makes it the most infuriating experience you could possibly go through to care for your mental health. Let’s start out by addressing that they rarely ever answer their phones and when they do it’s typically someone who you can tell by their voice don’t want to be there and most definitely do not care to help you. Waiting for over a month for an appointment for my son also there was supposed to be special notes on the account and I was told there's no place to do that which I find hard to believe their software does not have the ability to do that
I have been going here for a few years now and and so has my daughter, we couldn't be happier with them. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I might need. The front desk staff I know gets a ton a phone call so sometimes might be a little slow getting back with you but that's understandable. I would recommend this place for sure.
