Doctor Traska is good, but the staff that works for him is not including Jodi that told me to sarcastically "not to kill myself" I even have it on recording. All of front staff make it extremely difficult for you to make an appointment to get in even in a crisis even though the doctor said he could squeeze me in. Total lack of empathy the last day I was there the staff was raising their voices and slamming doors totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I have been going to centerstone mental health since I was 15 years old. I'm a grown middle-aged woman now. Ongoing mental health treatment requires a therapist monitoring. True? Well my therapist says I'm doing very well, in my therapist says she doesn't have to see me anymore. Just because I'm doing great because the medicines working, does not mean that you have to stop doing your job. A therapist is a therapist for a reason. The people are very nice understanding and patient with you. Everybody is just wonderful.
NOT ABLE TO GET A APPOINTMENT SETUP WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION OR A GPS. I'm a 49 year old lady who can't handle the heat & I get sick easily due to past health issues. I have tried to call to talk to the owner who replied to me. Nobody would transfer me on the phone. Sorry, I don't have a vehicle or phone. Text apps & wifi connection.
