These people are anything but professional. I've been trying to get them to inform me of my brother's situation there for WEEKS now. I'm going to get this sorted out this week or I'll be contacting an attorney. What they're doing here, in my case, is illegal as I'm my brother's POA over property, finances AND medical care. I've informed them of this numerous times and provided the proper paperwork. They still refuse to keep in touch or update me.
