So here we sit. Appt at 3pm and no one say or let's us know they are behind in appts. So 3:30 she gets called back! Really.� have twins that get off bus at 4 and now have to call husband out of work to get them off bus. Mind you they are 7 yrs old. So I'm. It happy so far. At least gave the courtesy to inform the patients of a delayed appt.

These people schedule appointments so that patients run out of medication early, sometimes by as much as 10 days! If you call to try to get them to call the Rx in, they claim that they're too busy and understaffed to PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL THE PHARMACY!!! It's as if they WANT to cause a MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS!! There should be better coordination between the "Doctor" and the appointment-setter! It's totally fine with them if patients have to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM as a result of their INCOMPETENCE and GROSS NEGLIGENCE ! SO... read more
