Trying to get an appointment here is actually a joke. The customer service on the phone is just getting attitude & they’ll cut you off mid of your sentence & speak to you as if you’re dumb LOL. You’d have better luck just crying, taking a deep breath and going on about your day. Genuinely need to retrain employees, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER NEEDED CENTERSTONE just do better. If someone were on edge the last thing they need are rude people on the phone who sound like they don’t even care.
I went through almost 7 psychiatrists and psychologists. Ignored my symptoms, final therapist talked to me more about religion and themselves than anything, did unnecessary things, and was completely uncompliant. All at 12-13
