I began bringing my daughter to see a therapist ( I will add her name when I can remember it, started with an L) she wasnt very warm at all, but i figure she knows what she is doing. I cancelled an appt because my household was sick with fevers. I rescheduled and ended up missing the appointment. I felt awful. I caked and left a message apologizing and asking to reschedule. Don't waste your time with Centerstone. They drag their butts on everything including releasing records to SSI Disability. I have contacted them numerous times to get them to release my records to Disability and they promised to have them sent in a week or two. Needless to say, two months later and still no records sent. By law, they must submit those records within 30 days of initial request from SSI and yet they still refuse to be in any hurry to comply. My Dr. left the practice. They said someone will call me when they got a new dr. on their staff. They ended up referring me to the Springfield practice. It took them 5 months to call me. I missed the call due to a family emergency in VA. when I called them back they had dropped me as a patient because I didn't call back right away....but, it was OK for them to call 5 months after my last visit to call me with an appointment.
