The experience has been pretty pleasant thus far. Iam just starting and so far i have no complaint.
I was very nervous going there but right away I felt comfortable because of how nice the ladies at the front desk where. When I went back to see the caseworker I felt even more relaxed. She was awesome.
MsJen is an amazing counselor she actually cares and takes time with me. I can’t say enough good things about my experience . From day one, she made me feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment. Her compassion, patience, and honesty helped me face some of the hardest parts of my journey . She never rushed me or made me feel like just another client. My dad recently passed away and she has been so supportive . That means so much. I’m very grateful for Ms.Jen.
