Excellent service from provider, great appointment reminders by text and email help keep things on track especially when appointments are weeks apart
This place is so irresponsible! I love my Dr and therapist, which is why I’m still dealing with Centerstone! I’m currently out of meds and have left 3 voicemails, emailed the case manager twice, my therapist put in a request and 3 people from the call center put in request to the nurse. I have stressed the importance of running out of my meds several times and a week later I’m still waiting for a callback! They don’t allow you to speak to anyone, your only choice is to leave messages for the nurse who NEVER calls back! They ... read more
