This place has literally stripped me of life! I was seen some years ago and put on atomoxetine by Dr Kiley jones (who is now working with children at Arkansas Children’s hospital) she never informed me of any risk of psychosis even though the medicine has a warning from the FDA. The receptionist just hung up in my face, redialed twice with no answer. There’s no way this is you guys first face of business.
Idk what’s wrong with this place but it certainly isn’t good at all . They barely answer the phone and then you have to chase them for your prescription. I will be changing my son’s medication person asap . This place is nothing like the facility. I’m so upset that living hope is closed . My son went there for years .
I was recommended to come here during a time when I had no job and no income when I was desperate for mental health treatment. I discussed this with staff multiple times and left after 2 appointments, I was never warned that I would have to pay anything. They sent me to get a letter of unemployment notarized, which I did, and provided this to them. A month later I get hit with a bill for $252.
