Terrible, never answers the phone.
SAMANTHA HULSE: I have high blood pressure and was not alright with stopping my blood pressure medication. She said she was writing a prescription for refills. She did not. I was denied the medication (it's not a controlled substance). She would not respond to pharmacy requests, repeated phone calls and messages, all stating this was an emergency. I had an appointment with a primary care provider, Samantha Hulse. She said she was going to refill my prescriptions but she did not. I am on blood pressure medicine and am not supposed to go cold turkey off of it and that is exactly what has happened. My blood pressure has been spiking uncontrollably, and I have left at least 3 messages over the past two weeks. I can’t get them to find the prescription. This is insane. Beware I can't speak for this place as a whole or all the therapist but just be careful with personal information I'm in the process of filling charges and a lawsuit against one of their therapist for searching my personal information online
This place has literally stripped me of life! I was seen some years ago and put on atomoxetine by Dr Kiley jones (who is now working with children at Arkansas Children’s hospital) she never informed me of any risk of psychosis even though the medicine has a warning from the FDA. Outside of the warnings not being explained, the fda states if you have a patient with psychosis or mania after the medication but not prior, to treat the medication as the causal agent and stop it immediately… Kiley increased it 3 times and the leve... read more
