Immediately after the procedure I called the 1-800 number to ask a follow up question and apparently it was a problem. The admin’s tone was terrible, and as a concerned parent that’s unacceptable. I never received a follow-up; one of the assistants said I would. However the on-site office staff is excellent and highly personable! I was nervous and emotional about my 3 year old being sedated and they made sure we were comfortable and understood every step of the way. The staff was amazing and helpful and the experience was quick and clean.
My Granddaughter visited the Clairmont location on May 27, 2026 to have some work done. I can truly say they was very professional and gentle with her, and afterwards they called to check on her. There was no complications and I have no complaints. I hope not, but if we needed I feel comfortable going back. Thank you.

I truly thank them for seeing about both of my kids in the same day. They were exceptionally nice and detailed each part of the service. They stayed with us until they were comfortable to leave. They didn’t force them in the back room they waited patiently until they were ready to go to the back themselves… thank you to the entire staff you guys did amazing
