Reminds me of sitting at the DMV. We always arrive on time and wait at least a half hour to go in a room then continue to wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes to see a medical assistant to take information and symptoms. Then maybe, by stroke of luck, the dr might grace us with his or her presence about 10 minutes later. Oh, and if you call the office and have a serious medical question be prepared to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes for someone to answer you. Best Doctor ever. I have been a patient for over 15 years and would like to share with everyone my experiences. Dr. Pauer has an incredible "bed side manner" she cares for her patients and takes her time. Her Nurse is available and you can leave messages if you are unable to get in right away. I would recommend her to everyone and do - I can not express my gratitude for the amazing care I have had with Dr. Pauer.
I love the office staff and Dr.s. I have been going here for years, and my daughter too... shes never been afraid of going to the Dr.s
