Everyone has been kind, professional, and supportive throughout the process. I’m very grateful for the care and guidance I’ve received here.
One PHD level therapist postponed our appointment three times in a row, arriving over 30 minutes late, and took the session from a public hospital area. While the therapist did share that she might be running a little late, this was not only extreme, but the unprofessional and unethical nature of taking an appointment in a hospital waiting area, where background noise clearly was impacting her ability to even effectively listen, was truly shocking. Always had some mental health issues, and recently wanted to make some big changes, so I was recommended this place by a friend that I trust with similar issues.
