One PHD level therapist postponed our appointment three times in a row, arriving over 30 minutes late, and took the session from a public hospital area. While the therapist did share that she might be running a little late, this was not only extreme, but the unprofessional and unethical nature of taking an appointment in a hospital waiting area, where background noise clearly was impacting her ability to even effectively listen, was truly shocking. Always had some mental health issues, and recently wanted to make some big changes, so I was recommended this place by a friend that I trust with similar issues. After losing my mind going through the usual insurance signing this, signing that I finally was able to make an appointment for an on the phone call. The scheduler recommended me to a therapist Michael Sheputis for Diagnosing my ADHD. However the therapist wasn't able to provide medication or even recommend medication to my primary care physician. At the end of our second session he remanded someone who could. I wanted to ask "Why was I even talking to you?" Total waste of time and money. If you would like to solve your issue with medication make sure you see a PHD.
