This facility has some of the most non-compassionate and actually mean nurses I have ever encountered. My mother was new to dialysis at the age of 84 and very sick. She was scared and dealing with a lot of other health problems. We were trying to find the best place to get dialysis for her. And during this time multiple nurses constantly and rudely expressed that she didn’t want to be there and was a bad fit for their facility and I should just remove her from dialysis. Friendly staff
Hubby just started dialysis here a few weeks ago so far so good nice clean environment..staff are friendly and professional
This is not the closest location to my home, but the technicians and nurses do an excellent job. They show a genuine concern for their patients. Now if I can only get the staff to transfer closer to my house.
