I've worked in the home building profession for over 20 years. Centerra Homes offers highest design for the money. They also offer 2 year warranty on their mechanicals including electrical so I don't know what that one review was talking about. They like others have a 10 year warranty on structure. The facts are they don't "value engineer" their homes like the large public builders. They also will do structure changes and many other custom options that the Plain-Jane box builders refuse to do.
