Good staffing
Their mental care facility is a joke. Had a family member in here. They kept changing when they thought they were gonna get out. Locked them in a room,kept them from family, from support, phone calls were short and awkward. Then all of a sudden released them with no warning and wanting them picked up. It's 75 minutes away. Drove out there and then I had to wait another 20+ minutes because they waited to start discharge papers until I pulled up. There HAS to be better.
Horrible. Trying to pay my bill and can’t get any help from anyone. The lady at the office is really rude. Now I see why my provider switched from this group.
Maybe just me, but felt like all that the doctor wanted to do was talk about prescriptions. He seemed dismissive and aloof. Complete waste of time.
